The hotel is conveniently located near main attractions.
The room had a strong unpleasant odor coming from the linens.

The pizza at Niagara Brewing Company is a must-try, packed with flavor and local flair! Plus, you can't beat the convenient location right near all the attractions. The staff were super friendly and made checking in a breeze.
The place could use a little facelift—our room had a musty smell and the building lacks an elevator, which made hauling our bags up three flights kinda rough.

missingWrote a review on Oct 06good size roomnoisy restaurant
The room was a lot bigger than I
expected, with a nice fridge and microwave. The shower head had fantastic water pressure. However, I was disappointed with how noisy the restaurant was at night, which disrupted our sleep. Overall, a decent stay though.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored Clifton Hill and took the Hornblower Cruise to get close to the Horseshoe Falls. The location is perfect, making it easy to walk to great spots like the casino and indoor waterpark. Definitely a fun getaway!
I dealt with a rude manager when I asked about using my medical cannabis. It was frustrating since the staff initially seemed accommodating. I wouldn’t expect such a negative experience here, especially after all the positive moments we had.

great views but overpriced basics
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony provided stunning views of the falls and surrounding attractions.
Though the amenities could be better, especially the lack of a restaurant.

missingWrote a review on Aug 09amazing viewsdated facilitylack of elevator
clean and comfortable beds, amazing views, close to attractions
The facility feels quite dated!!! A thorough renovation is necessary to modernize the rooms and improve amenities, especially with no elevator access to upper floors. A sidewalk upgrade would also enhance the guest experience!!!

fantastic access to clifton hill and niagara falls
during my stay, I appreciated how easy it was to walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls, making my weekend explorations so simple and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well-equipped, which always enhances the experience for a solo traveler like me. however, the absence of a lift for the second floor could be a bit of a hassle.
